Russell Joseph created Strategic Policy Advice Victoria in early 2019 to provide bipartisan policy and strategic advice to develop, inform and influence government policy and projects.
Russell believes everyone has the right to engage in the development of projects and policy which can benefit our wider community.
Navigating the political labyrinth is daunting for anyone unfamiliar with the internal processes and procedures of government and politics. With Russell’s experience, he will give your ideas the best chance of success.
He will ensure your requirements will be presently strategically and coherently and to develop inroads to all the key decision makers.
At all times Strategic Policy Advice Victoria will act ethically and in strict accordance with the Victorian Government’s Lobbyist Code of Conduct.
Russell is a director and lobbyist for Strategic Policy Advice Victoria and lives on the Mornington Peninsula. He has worked in the construction sector for many years as well a Liberal staffer and Ministerial advisor during the Napthine Government and with Matthew Guy in opposition.
Russell works closely with many community groups and has forged close relationships with MP’s and Ministers on both sides of the political aisle and understands how to advance the needs of those seeking assistance from Government.
